Moving from trigonometric functions as eigenfunctions of the Laplace operator, the author uses analogous machinery of the Weinstein operators for introducing the notion of Weinstein positive definite functions. An analog of Bochner's theorem is proved. It turns out that every Weinstein positive definite function on \(\mathbb R^{d+1}_+\) is strictly Weinstein positive definite. The paper is inaccurately written.
