Strongly regular relations of arithmetic functions (Q1747237)

In this paper, the authors present a link between the theories of algebraic structures, hyperstructures and arithmetic functions and study the concepts of complete parts and strongly regular relations. Also, they present hyperstructures of arithmetic functions and determine their fundamental groups and fundamental rings. More precisely, they prove that the fundamental group is isomorphic to the group of complex numbers under addition.
