The author proves that any \(n\)-dimensional complete noncompact Riemannian manifold with harmonic curvature, non-negative scalar curvature, and positive Sobolev constant, is a space form if the \(L^{n/2}\)-norms of the trace-free curvature tensor is sufficient small.
