The author derived and discusses the necessary condition for achieving an equilibrium state with neutron \(\beta\)-decay in a degenerate magnetized electron gas under conditions of massive neutron stars. It has been shown that the presence of a super-strong magnetic field significantly reduces the radius of the equilibrium neutron star.
