The paper uses \textit{G. Lomadze}'s results [Georgian Math. J. 4, No. 6, 523--532 (1997; Zbl 0885.11028)] and obtains the formulas for the number of representations by direct sums of some copies of forms \(F_1=x_1^2+3x_1x_2+8x_2^2\) and \(G_1=2x_1^2+3x_1x_2+4x_2^2\).
