Cartan-Leray spectral sequence for Galois coverings of linear categories (Q1764846)

Let \({\mathcal C}\to{\mathcal B}\) be a Galois covering of linear categories with Galois group \(G\), where a linear category is a category whose morphism sets are vector spaces over a field, or possibly modules over a commutative ring. The authors construct a spectral sequence of Cartan-Leray type connecting the homology or cohomology of \(G\) and the Hochschild-Mitchell homology or cohomology of \({\mathcal B}\) and \({\mathcal C}\). Given appropriate hypotheses, they deduce that the dual of \(G\) embeds in the first cohomology group \(H^1({\mathcal B},{\mathcal B})\).
