The motion of two particles of different rest-masses each one moving in the gravitational field of the other in the first post-Newtonian approximation is considered. The differential equations of relative motions of particles were solved by many authors with the use of different approaches [see, for example, the survey by \textit{M. Soffel}, ``Relativity in astrometry, celestial mechanics and geodesy'', Springer-Verlag, Heidelberg (1989)]. More advanced results were obtained by \textit{T. Damour} and \textit{N. Deruelle} [Ann. Inst. Henri Poincaré, Phys. Théor. 43, 107-132 (1985; Zbl 0585.70010)]. The solution obtained offers a relatively easy approach due to its similitude with the classical-like presentation. This paper aims to complement some new results to analytic solutions found in the cited paper. An analysis of the geometry of motion such as a relation between the eccentric and true anomalies, expressions for their velocities and a post-Newtonian version of Lambert's known theorem are presented.
