The author makes a critical analysis on the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics (QM), pointing out its ambiguities, inconsistencies, and confusions. Next he suggests to purge the interpretation in a way that allows to obtain a consistent and reasonable new semantics of the mathematical formalism of QM, which he refers as the neo-Copenhagen interpretation.
