Summary: We are concerned with a multiobjective optimization problem (P). Using a notion of approximation derived from \textit{A. Jourani} and \textit{L. Thibault} [Math. Oper. Res. 18, No. 2, 390--401 (1993; Zbl 0779.49021)] we give necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for (P). We establishe also duality theorems.
