This is the second part of the analysis of hypersurfaces of prescribed mean curvature in central projection. This problem is formulated in the setting of BV-functions and describes the Dirichlet problem for hypersurfaces of prescribed mean curvature admitting a central projection onto an open domain of the unit sphere \(S^n\). The main feature of Part II is the proof of the regularity results stated in Part I [Arch. Math. 82, No. 3, 245--262 (2004; Zbl 1067.49028)].
