In the present work, the authors improve previous known results in two directions. First, they enlarge the class of open-loop dynamic games to permit coupling among the dynamic equations via the states of the players; second, they incorporate the modifications given in another author's papers. An example arising from the harvesting of renewable recource is presented to illustrate the utility of this results.
