The problem of existence of solutions for neutral functional-differential inclusions is studied. The right-hand side of the considered inclusions is usually a Carathéodory lower semicontinuous multi-valued mapping. The main tool of the proof is Banach's contraction principle for multi-valued mappings as proved by S. Nadler.
