A new high-order family of iterative methods for the simultaneous determination of simple complex zeros of a polynomial is developed. The principle of the method consists in using a suitable fixed-point relation. The method is of fourth-order in the ordinary complex arithmetic. A convergence analysis of the presented family is performed under computationally verifiable initial conditions. Further enhancements, improvements and modifications of the proposed family of methods for finding multiple zeros are presented. Some numerical examples for various values of parameters are also given.
