The authors consider a class of nonlinear partial functional-differential equations with a nondensely defined Hille-Yosida operator. Firstly, the authors prove the local existence, uniqueness and regularity of solutions. Secondly, the authors study the global existence and stability. Finally, the authors investigate the dissipativeness and the existence of global attractor of the solution operator in the autonomous case.
