The paper deals with Hermite subdivision schemes for hexagon tiling. A \(k\)-fold Hermite subdivision is introduced and its properties are analyzed, including the approximation order. The particular case of a symmetric honeycomb Hermite subdivision scheme is studied as special case of two-fold Hermite subdivision schemes.
