The author presents an overview of methods, algorithms and Fortran programs to calculate the first and the second order exact inclusion probability for conditional Poisson sampling and Pareto sampling designs (sampling methods with fixed sample size and with inclusion probabilities proportional to a given size measures). The proposed algorithms of computing the inclusion probabilities are introduced and documented, guidelines are provided for their use as well as as examples and the programs codes are commented.
