This research work is devoted to the study of optimality conditions for a kind of programs concerning the distribution of resources, under a non-empty set of independent operations. The authors obtain necessary conditions for the optimality when the dependences are linear with respect to the imposed control on the amount of resources and to the corresponding state of operations, using the Pontryagin's maximum principle, being based on a significant bibliography and with important practical implications.
