This paper studies queueing networks with signals. It is assumed that signals arriving at a node are activated after a randomly siatributed ``think time''. The author develops a product-form solution of the stationary state probability distribution of a network with single-server nodes and exponential service time distribution. A product-form solution for a symmetric network with Markovian service time distribution at the nodes is also obtained.
