The paper considers two models of discrete-time multiserver finite-buffer queues. Interarrival times are i.i.d. random variables. Service times are independent and geometrically distributed. In the late arrival system with delayed access, a potential arrival occurs in \((t,t - )\) and potential departure occurs in \((t,t + )\). In the early arrival system, a potential arrival occurs in \((t,t + )\) and potential departure occurs in \((t,t - )\). For both the cases, the paper obtains steady-state system length distributions at arbitrary, prearrival, and outside observation epochs. The waiting time distribution is also discussed.
