The authors provide an alternative approach to the regularity of minimal surfaces, showing that minimal surfaces in \(n\)-dimensions are smooth except on a set of Hausdorff dimension \(n-2\). Techniques from the theory of viscosity solutions (as developed by the first author) are used, rather than the usual geometric measure theory arguments.
