The motion of a rigid body \(K\) relatively its centre of mass has been considered. The gravity moments from two attracting centres of masses \(M\) and \(m\) influence the body \(K\). The point mass \(m\) moves on a Kepler's circular orbit in gravitational field of mass \(M\). The motion of the system Venus-Sun-Earth is considered as example.
