Copson type inequalities with weighted means (Q1803959)

This paper is motivated by some recent results of \textit{R. N. Mohapatra}, \textit{D. C. Russell} and \textit{V. Vajravelu} [General Inequalities 6, 49-58 (1992; Zbl 0765.26005)], where inequalities closely related to Copson's inequalities were obtained for weighted means. The author writes the right hand sides of these in terms of different weights and obtains extensions of the results mentioned above. The original inequality of Copson is also generalized.
