Let \(M\) be the double of the complement of the figure eight knot. This paper shows that the set of values for \(\text{SL}(2;\mathbb{C})\)-representation Reidemeister torsion of \(M\) is all nonzero complex numbers. This contrasts with the case of Seifert fibered spaces, where the set of torsions is finite.
