One-dimensional laws of the iterated logarithm for additive arithmetic functions and a new number-theoretical application have been investigated in detail by E. Manstavičius, R. R. Hall, and G. Tenenbaum. In this paper the author suggests a new approach in divisor distribution problems. This method is based upon the Kubilius probabilistic approach. The author uses his concept space of continuous functions on the interval \((0,1)\) and of space of right continuous functions defined on the unit interval and having limits from the left.
