Summary: In this second part (for the first one see ibid. 16, No. 4, 709-716 (1993; Zbl 0787.54005)) some properties of fuzzy commutative division rings are studied. A characterization of fuzzy commutative division rings is presented in such a way that a fuzzy neighborhood system is compatible with the commutative division ring structure. It is proved that in a fuzzy neighborhood commutative division ring, every relatively \(f\)- compact fuzzy set is bounded.
