In a previous paper [Kōdai Math. J. 17, No. 2, 201-213 (1994; Zbl 0811.30015)], the authors showed that under some conditions, the local behavior of a homeomorphism at some point is conformal. In this paper, the authors showed that under some more weak conditions, the local behavior of a homeomorphism at a point is similar to that of a quasiconformal mapping.
