The main goal of the author is to show that there are applications for Mandelbrot and Julia sets in physics. The author shows that certain classical particle dynamics possess the complex logistic map as a stroboscopic mapping. As an example the author considers the deterministic version of the Langevin problem. Note that the approach of the author can be generalized to complex mappings as well.
