Quattrocchi and Rosati gave a method to transform a sharply multiple transitive permutation set \(G\) into another \(G'\). Likewise for incidence structures. This method is applied to a sharply 1-transitive permutation set inside PGL\((2,p^m), p\not=2.\) The original construction is not symmetric. The author gives a criterion such that, if \(G'\) is obtainable from \(G\), then so is \(G\) from \(G'\).
