The authors consider a system of perturbed \(\Phi^4\)-field equations in which two solitons are coupled with an inter-chain interaction. The distribution function of the burst amplitude shows a \(-1\) power law and also that of laminar duration time \(a\) \(-3/2\) power law. In the power spectrum the \(-1/2\) power law is demonstrated in the low frequency region which is the typical characteristic in on-off intermittency. In the synchronized state the existence of a riddled structure is confirmed from the calculation of the first passage time and the distribution function for this time is calculated.
