A boundary value problem for a singularly perturbed system of impulsive linear differential equations is considered, as it may arise from a singularly perturbed optimal control problem (time varying, without impulses, but with additional integral terms in the objective function). A formal asymptotic representation of the solution is constructed employing solutions of appropriate boundary layer equations. Under suitable technical assumptions, the existence of a unique solution is shown, and the convergence of an asymptotic expansion is established.
