The whole paper is devoted to the proof of a theorem on local Hölder estimates for solutions of \(\overline{\partial}_ b -\) and related equations on compact pseudoconvex CR manifolds at points possessing a neighborhood where the Levi form is diagonalizable. Such a result was known before only for strongly pseudoconvex CR manifolds and in some particular cases. The paper contains a number of interesting statements and corollaries which can not be formulated in a short review.
