\textit{A. K. Katsaras} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 12, 143-154 (1984; Zbl 0555.46006)] introduced the concept of a fuzzy seminorm (and norm) on a linear space and described a large class of non-topologically generated fuzzy linear topologies. The authors provide necessary and sufficient condition under which a fuzzy linear topology induced by a family of fuzzy seminorms is topologically generated.
