The author considers factorizations \(\theta(z)=\theta_2(z)\theta_1(z)\) of operator-valued holomorphic functions on the unit circle \(| z|<1\), according to \textit{B. Sz.-Nagy} and \textit{C. Foias} [Analyse harmonique des opérateurs de l'espace de Hilbert. Budapest: Akadémiaí Kiadó (1967; Zbl 0157.43201)], equipped with special properties \(((\pm)\)-regular factorizations). He presents criteria for these properties.
