Let \(H\) be the nonnegative selfadjoint operator associated to a regular Dirichlet form on \(L^2(X,m)\). It is assumed that \(H\) has a discrete spectrum. In the paper, the following problems are investigated: the eigenvalues of the perturbed operator, the magnitude of the shift of perturbed eigenvalues.
