Four-term recurrence relations for hypergeometric functions of the second order. II (Q1817883)

The author continues his earlier investigations of four-term recurrence relations for certain hypergeometric functions of the second-order [ibid. 47, No. 1, 55-62 (1996; Zbl 0865.33005)]. In this sequel, his developments of these recurrence relations are based, in part, upon generating functions involving, for example, the product of the exponential function and the confluent hypergeometric function. Several directions for future investigations of recurrence relations are also indicated in the concluding section (Section 5) of this paper.
