It is shown that path integral measure, for any system with constraints, can be cast in the form found by Senjanovic, for systems with the second- class constraints, only. This simplifies, and gives a unifying perspective of quantization of the constrained dynamics. Also, it permits, in the process of elimination, from path integral, the constrained variables, to avoid commutativity requirement on admissible gauges, imposed for rather technical reasons, by Faddeev.
