Coordinates allocation of resources in a three-level active system (Q1821029)

We formulate the problem of coordinated allocation of resources in a tree-structured three-level active system, which comprises the headquarters, a level of intermediate managements, and lower-level subsystems endowed with active behavior. A model of the problem is proposed. A solution algorithm is developed based on a parametric description of the set of optimal decisions of the intermediate managements and the lower-level subsystems. The results are demonstrated with an example.
