The relativistic theory of gravitation and new concepts about space and time (Q1821373)

With this paper the author enters into a controversy with the paper by \textit{Ya. B. Zel'dovich\textit{and \textit{L. P. Grishchuk}}} [Usp. Fiz. Nauk 149, 695-707 (1986)]. Likewise the latter it contains no mathematical theorems. The discussion is whether physics is to be founded by means of conservation laws or by means of equivalence principles.
