The paper gives some comments on hereditary normality (perfect normality) of spaces that are inverse limits of well-ordered continuous spectra of hereditarily normal (perfectly normal) compact spaces with completely closed neighboring projections. The study of such inverse limits was initiated by V. V. Fedorchuk who used this method to construct interesting examples of compact spaces.
