Closed formulas for displacements-rotations for the case of a concentrated distortion \(\gamma^ 0_{zz}\) harmonically variable in time acting in infinite space are given for the first axi-symmetric problem of micropolar elastodynamics and elastostatics. The limit cases of this solution are considered in detail. Use is made of separated equations for displacements-rotations solved with the Fourier-Hankel integral transformations.
