The present paper considers the Rayleigh-Bénard convection problem under the simultaneous action of a uniform vertical rotation and magnetic field especially with a view to derive a sufficient condition for the validity of the principle of exchange of stabilities and given bound for the modulus of the complex growth rate of an arbitrary oscillatory perturbation, neutral or unstable, for all combinations of free insulating, boundaries, rigid perfectly conducting boundaries and rigid insulating boundaries.
