A physicochemical model of the electrical conductivity of liquid dielectrics is formulated on the basis of dissociation and injection charge generation with allowance for recombination processes. The corresponding boundary-value problem of electrohydrodynamics is written down. It is shown that it is consistent with the principal electrical and electrohydrodynamic effects in liquid dielectrics.
