[For part I see ibid. 1, 63-70 (1980; Zbl 0606.49030).] The pansystems analysis is a part of the theory of the ''pansystems methodology'' which was presented for the first time in Chinese in 1976. In the reviewed paper a presentation of fundamental notions such as pansystem, panmorphism, pansymmetry etc. and of some extensions, complements and new generalizations is continued. In particular the following conceptions are introduced: In chapter one, entitled ''Pansystems analysis, logic space and pometric (partial ordered metric)'', relation space, structure space, pansystem, pansystem logic, pansystem space, and pansystem logic space and pometric pansystem are considered. In chapter two, entitled ''Convex sets in pometric pansystem, optimum approximation and stability of equations'', transformation of continuity and boundedness of operators, linear semigroups, convex sets and extremum approximations and the stability of a family of equations are considered. In chapter three problems of stationary values in pometric pansystems, namely the extension of theorems of Kuhn-Tucker and of Dubovitskij- Milyutin type, are discussed. In chapter four some transforming theorems of approximation are formulated and proved.
