The author considers the nonlinear dynamics of \textit{O. Buneman} instability [Phys. Rev. Lett. 1, 8-9 (1958)] in a plasma waveguide when a strong longitudinal magnetic field is present. The method of incomplete numerical simulation is employed to obtain a numerical solution of the self-consistent problem. Results of numerical simulation are given.
