The paper deals with the known Benson's conjectures about Green rings [see \textit{D. Benson}, Modular representation theory (Lect. Notes Math. 1081, 1984; Zbl 0564.20004)]: If H is a subgroup of G, (i) \(r_{G,H}(A(G,Discrete))\subset A(H,Discrete)\); (ii) \(i_{H,G}(A(H,Discrete))\subset A(G,Discrete)\). (i) is proved here fairly straightforwardly and (ii) is reduced to the case: G, p- hypoelementary, \(H=O_ p(G)\).
