[For part I, see the review above (Zbl 0681.76090).] Results of experiments with Newtonian fluid flow through plane and axisymmetric channels with periodically variable cross section are presented. The experiments consisted in determining the models flow characteristics with simultaneous visualization of flow streamlines in an individual model segment. The flow characteristic were described with Forchheimer's quadratic equation. The theoretical considerations and results of experiments led to a number of assertions about the applicability of Darcy's law and of Forchheimer's equation to the considered flows.
