A flowing mixture formed of a large number of noninteracting aggregates is considered, the time and space evolution of which is governed by a linear transport equation. A method for computing the age-distribution of the aggregates is presented, which allows the determination of a composition field of a reacting chemical system with macromixing. A stochastic version of the superposition law linking input and output composition vectors is derived.
