This paper studies the Bézoutian B of a quadruple of polynomial matrices (F,D,G,U). It is shown that under certain coprimeness conditions there is a \(\{\) \(1\}\)- or a \(\{\) 1,2\(\}\)-inverse of B which is a block Hankel matrix.
