Radical Goldie near-rings (Q1824019)

A Goldie near-ring is defined as a (right, 0-symmetric) near-ring with a.c.c. on right annihilator N-subsets and without infinite ``independent'' families of right N-subsets. The author proves the existence of the classical near-ring of right quotients of the sub-near- ring D of all distributive elements of a prime Goldie abelian near-ring N such that some power of each element of N belongs to D and whose non nilpotent elements are distributive.
