Recently a relation of Walsh functions system to Clifford algebras was noticed, investigated and applied by \textit{P. E. Hagmark} and \textit{P. Lounesto} [NATO ASI Ser., Ser. C. 183, 531-540 (1986; Zbl 0595.15022)]. It is the purpose of this note to define the p-adic complex-valued Walsh function orthonormal system and apply it to the lattice spin systems physics, by generalizing the above relation.
